The Board of Directors resolved to appoint Oleg Prichko as CEO of OJSC Irkutskenergo
On May 28, 2015, the Board of Directors of OJSC Irkutskenergo held a meeting. The Board of Directors resolved to appoint Oleg Prichko as CEO of OJSC Irkutskenergo as from June 11, 2015 and to conclude an employment contract with him for the period from June 11, 2015 through June 10, 2017.
Oleg Prichko was born on October 13, 1963 in Shelekhov in the Irkutsk Region. He has received specialized higher education and holds an MBA degree. He has held the position of CEO of OJSC Irkutskenergo since June 11, 2013. In 2011, he was awarded a Commendation by the Russian Ministry of Energy; he also received an award from Irkutskenergo.

OJSC Irkutskenergo is Russia’s largest power and coal company comprising thermal power plants and hydropower plants, heating networks, open-pit coal mines, haulers, a repair facility and a coal processing plant.
