Specialists of EuroSibEnergo Group successfully participate in the Territory of Proactive Youth Biryusa – 2014 international youth forum
Specialists of EuroSibEnergo Group have successfully participated in the Economy of the Future session of the Territory of Proactive Youth Biryusa – 2014 international youth forum. The forum was founded by the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory; the event is traditionally held on the shore of the Krasnoyarsk reservoir.
EuroSibEnergo sent 20 employees from various cities of Russia to participate in the forum. They represented Irkutskenergo, Baikalenergo, Volgaenergo, EnSer, the Krasnoyarskaya HPP and Krasnoyarsk HPP-Engineering. One of the main tasks for the young power engineers participating in the forum was to present their own lean manufacturing projects. The team presented five projects in a number of categories; two of them became winners. The project “Development of the Production System of the Technical Unit of OJSC Irkutskenergo” prepared by Renat Gabidulin ranked first in the Success of the Year category, while the project “Reducing the Duration of Repairs of Heating Networks by Optimizing Performance of Special Equipment at CJSC Baikalenergo” presented by Evgeny Grigoryev and Sergey Belousov was awarded a special prize of the panel of judges.
EuroSibEnergo’s team ranked in the top three in all competitions and training events. Besides, Alexander Perfilyev, a process engineer at the Heat Engineering Center of LLC Irkutskenergo Engineering Center, and Teymur Kheirkhabarov, head of the office for comprehensive information protection at JSC Krasnoyarsk HPP, ranked first and third respectively in the individual standings.
