The property is located at the following address: chemical production facilities, north-western part of Usolye-Sibirskoye, Irkutsk Region, Russia. The competition was won by Irkutskenergo.
The lease agreement is concluded in order to use the rail tracks which are not in public use at the Khimicheskaya station. Oleg Prichko, CEO of OJSC Irkutskenergo:
“The Khimicheskaya station is important, as it helps to ensure smooth operation of CHPP-11, strategic security of Usolye-Sibirskoye and other towns and villages. Irkutskenergo has managed to tackle the issue of social protection of residents. Now the station will be managed by an owner who has extensive expertise in operating railroad facilities and has sufficient funds to finance its maintenance and operation.”
