CJSC SibirEnergoTrade to complete the designs of utility systems for the residential complexes under construction
CJSC SibirEnergoTrade, a subsidiary of OJSC Irkutskenergo, is completing the designs of utility systems (local water supply, sewerage and storm drainage systems) for the residential complexes situated at the four sites in the Irkutsk Region near the villages of Pivovarikha, Novolisikha, Patrony and Burdakovka. According to the feasibility study conducted by the Irkutskenergoproekt institute, capital investments in the infrastructure will total RUB 4.1 billion.
The utility systems will be built between 2013 and 2021 in stages, as required for residential construction. In the residential complex “Ushakovsky” near Pivovarikha, the company will build water supply networks with the total length of 18.2 kilometers, sewerage networks with the total length of 15.4 kilometers, heating networks with the length of 8.1 kilometers, storm drainage networks 3.1 kilometers long, a 110 kV substation and an electric boiler house. In the residential complex “Parkovy” to be constructed near Novolisikha, the company plans to build water supply networks totaling 14.0 kilometers, sewerage networks 13.0 kilometers long, storm drainage networks with the length of 1.5 kilometers and a 110 kV substation. The utility systems to be built in the residential complex “Dinastiya” near Patrony will include 9.0 kilometers of water supply networks and 8.0 kilometers of sewerage networks, storm drainage networks 1.30 kilometers long and a 110 kV substation. In the residential complexes “Zhuravli” and “Baikalskaya Riviera” near Burdakovka, the company will construct water supply networks totaling 19.1 kilometers, sewerage networks with the length of 16.0 kilometers, 5.3 kilometers of storm drainage networks and a 110 kV substation.
As part of developing the sewerage system, CJSC SibirEnergoTrade will soon complete the assessment and selection of a contractor that will be tasked with the design, supply and turnkey construction of sewage treatment facilities in all of the villages. Besides, the company is considering the design of a centralized sewerage system for the residential complexes to be built near the villages of Pivovarikha, Novolisikha and Patrony; the relevant technical specifications have been sent to the company by the East Siberian Heat and Water Supply Directorate of OJSC Russian Railways and the municipal unitary enterprise Irkutsk water services company.
