SibirEnergoTrade obtains approval for a discharge point and location of treatment facilities for villages
The Territorial department of fishery monitoring and fish protection of the Irkutsk Region has given CJSC SibirEnergoTrade a preliminary approval for a discharge point and the location of treatment facilities in the villages of Pivovarikha, Novolisikha, Patrony and Burdakovka. The treatment facilities are expected to include a biological treatment unit for processing sewage and runoff treatment facilities. They are to ensure the high quality of wastewater treatment meeting water quality standards for fisheries. Additional water inflow into the Irkutsk Reservoir and the Ushakovka River will not have a negative impact on aquatic biological resources. CJSC SibirEnergoTrade will submit the design for the construction of treatment facilities to the Territorial department of fishery monitoring and fish protection of the Irkutsk Region for approval in accordance with environmental legislation.
We would like to remind that CJSC SibirEnergoTrade is implementing a large-scale housing construction project at four sites in the Irkutsk Region near the villages of Pivovarikha, Novolisikha, Patrony and Burdakovka. In December 2011, the company gained the right to lease these sites by winning the competition held by the Russian Housing Development Foundation (RHD). At these sites, the company plans to build 530 thousand square meters of low-rise residential complexes, including 473 thousand square meters of low-cost housing, which will meet modern requirements set out in Order No. 303 of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia as of June 28, 2010 On Approval of the Guidelines for Classifying Housing as Low-Cost Housing. About 50% of constructed housing will be sold at preferential prices based on the price of one square meter set by the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia. This project will enable to provide housing for up to 17,500 people.
